E-Procurement Platform User Training

A series of one (1) hour webinars are being held where public servants will learn about the features and functionality available through the CIG’s e-procurement platform called Bonfire.https://cayman.bonfirehub.com

The sessions are planned as such:

Session #1 – June 27th         10:00am      General Best Practices (1.5hrs) - Recording Available

Session #2 – July 11th          10:00am      Questionnaires (1hr) - Recording Available

Session #3 – July 25th          10:00am      eAuctions (1hr)

Session #4 – August 8th       10:00am      Bidtables (1hr)

Session #5 – August 22nd    10:00am      Multi-Category Decisions (1hr)

Bonfire’s Client Success Manager, Lauren Rainville, will conduct the workshops that are organised by the Central Procurement Office remotely via live webinar. Invitiations have been sent out with the link. If you have not received it please contact Robert Tatum at the CPO. 

The workshop is the first of several that are planned for the coming weeks as the CPO continues to maximise the e-procurement capabilities in order to speed up procurement processes and make it easier for suppliers to bid on government opportunities.
